In this class we introduce you to a collection of basic Indian spices that you will need to cook any Indian dish. We will show you the techniques to get the most flavors out of these spices. You will learn to cook a menu of 4 dishes including Dal Tarka, Cumin Rice, Karai Paneer, Raita, and a final dessert of Mango Kulfi.
